Food Service Dining

The Mater is proud of its food service which serves a wide selection of tasty, nutritious meals made fresh in house.

Mater caters for all dietary requirements. If you have a special diet, such as gluten free or special instructions from your Doctor, our Food Services staff can assist. There is a menu selection each day and the Menu Monitors and nursing staff will give you any assistance needed.

Your visitors may like to know that they are able to order a family meal from our Food Services Department. If you wish to take advantage of this service, please see your nursing staff. Meals provided by the Hospital to your visitor will incur a charge that is payable on discharge.
