Nurses

The Graduate Nurse Program is specifically designed for newly graduated Registered Nurses and aims to facilitate the transition from newly graduated nurse through to a confident and competent Registered Nurse through supportive learning in a safe, dynamic environment. 

It is a 12 month rotational program providing opportunities to work in a variety of clinical settings.  Here at Mater have partnered with JCU and CQU and offer several pathways for further study. 

Not only will we support you and encourage you in your graduate year but we will also provide study days throughout the year and regular debrief sessions.
