This in-service is aimed at all Medical, Nursing and Allied Health staff to improve their knowledge on the organisations requirements of clinical documentation. These in-services are designed to help staff understand how the organisation can accurately reflect the quality of patient care, illustrate healthcare services, and make precise reports of diagnosis and procedures.


The purpose of the CoP is to be an informalgroup discussion which draws onthe experiences and knowledge of others inrelationto aparticular topic/issue. No agenda but participation and communicationis required.
